Zoolz Intelligent is the evolution of cloud storage. How does this product differ from what’s already on the market? You’ll just released a new product, Zoolz Intelligent Cloud. It’s this forward-thinking attitude that has helped the company become an advanced technology partner with Amazon Web Services. The team is always keeping a keen eye on the latest technologies and thinking of ways to implement it into our platform. It’s the loyalty of our customers that help us push the boundaries of cloud backup. In fact, much of our features is driven by our customers. We may be a small team, but we are extremely agile, creative and 100% user centric. It’s part of the company philosophy to be innovative and think outside the box. How did you break free from the status quo? Though the technology for cloud storage is continually growing, there seems to be a stereotype with how things are done at a business level. Fast-forward 12 months and we have an intelligent solution that can keep up with the rapid pace of the workplace. This formed the basis of Zoolz Intelligent Cloud. Last year, after consulting with our customers, we realised that traditional cloud backup wasn’t enough to store the growing amount of unstructured data. By 2014, the company had 1000s of business and 10,000s of home users using our Cold Storage Technology. In 2013, we were the first to introduce Cold Storage for home and business users in a mass scale. Since then we’ve gone from strength to strength. Our parent company started in 2005, but Zoolz wasn’t formed until 2011. We’ve been in the backup industry for almost 11 years now. The concept behind Zoolz was to create a new kind of cloud backup solution. Can you take us back to the time where Zoolz started as a company? I do think, however, that LTD's should perhaps be renamed to "one-time charge" to avoid confusion as many ppl seem to get confused or turned off by the word "lifetime". And Hetzner servers get the upload/download done fast 1TB is not as much as the ppl on /r/datahoarder store. Glorifyapp, MyW.pt Reseller, several VPN LTDs, Koofr, Crello and others :P In the end, if they close down just move the data. That being said, I have grabbed some nice LTD SaaS so far. ![]() Maybe sometimes it's also to provoke as to "why would you buy a lifetime deal? it's scaaaaam?!", but luckily that's coming only from a few trolls. ![]() ![]() Hope this helps Although it always appears logical to me, it happens quite often people ask this. Obviously, if a company is dissolved, files for bankruptcy or similar services are likely not to be continued. The other possible outcome, which usually is the more likely one, is that you come to see the company's demise at some point, at which you should have gotten your money's worth out of the product by then. A contract of this kind ends when you die, naturally. Lifetime always refers to the lifetime of the company or yours.
